Day Trip to British Grand Prix - by Coach
Discussion
Hi Guys.
Thinking of taking a coach day-trip package to go to the Silverstone GP in 2014, rather than driving down in our own car.
Has anyone tried this method? Did it go smoothly?
In particular, do coaches have the same trouble as private cars getting out of the car parks at the end of the Sunday afternoon, or do they have some sort of priority to speed things up?
Megabus offer what seems like a useful deal: has anyone had dealings with this operator?
Thanks for any input, folks.

I would have thought you would be better off taking the train. There should be a shuttle bus service between the station and the circuit.
That may well be, but as a reply to the OP it reminds me of that scene in the film Educating Rita, where Rita has to write an essay discussing the difficulties of producing a certain play on the television, and all she writes in her essay is "Do it on the radio".
