Maniflold leak

Hi All
On starting the 350i V8 could hear a strange sound, thought it may be water pump by the sound but on closer inspection looks like a leak from the front gasket on drivers side, are these a continuous gasket or in pairs or what? could I try a bit of gasket cement in the short term as not really using car and will be going off the road end of October in any case. What sort of job would this be to do properly. Can feel the heat and blow with finger and blackish where it is leaking. Any help appreciated

Not a continuous gasket, be careful some inlets are larger than some of the gaskets offered, a smear of cement May help.Don't leave it too long or it will start pitting the surfaces.
