Tuscan For Auction
Discussion
I have just seen a Tuscan up for auction tomorrow, just in case anybody is looking.
Would love to know if anybody has any history on the car.
What is your guess on the price it will fetch?

Just made a call to auction house.
The vehicle has been brought in by a Land Rover Dealership. Cannot imagine the trade in there somehow. Must be a serious change in circumstances.
Better watch out for Discoverys on the wrong side of the road that have misjudged an overtaking manoeuvre.
Anyway, the car has had 4 owners, 2 services, last sevice at 12,000 miles. No mention of any rebuilds, but no history with car either, other than above.

The condition looks from pic to be pretty good, upgrade on side indicators and no horrendous stone chipping in evidence. Re-spray??? For the sort of dosh you guys are talking about, it would seem a bargain, even taking into account a re-build and a re-spray, which may or not be necessary. I reckon whoever said it is right, it wont make reserve.

4 owners and only 15,000 miles ..... what do people buy these things for ??
I know what you mean
Had mine for three months and still putting 1000/month or more onto it - and this is when I'm trying not to drive it and use my runaround instead.
Only problem is I am getting used to the performance!
Hi all that was my little Trev.
I part exchanged it for a Land Rover Discovery as the kids wouldn't fit in the Tuscan.
They gave me 20K and 5K off the price of the Discovery.
I have to say it was a great car. I had a year of great fun in it and would highly recommend someone buying it.
I have been a member of the forum since i bought it and never once had any reason for complaint other than having squeeky brakes.
Personally i don't think the pictures do the colour justice. Everyone used to love it and if it hadn't been for the new born there is no way i would have got rid of it. In fact had i known it was at the auction yesterday i probably would have bought it back as i will definatly be buying another Tuscan in the Spring.
