I'm a slave to my nipsy and one of the “tail end” issues I have to endure just now is an anal fissure.
Do not google for this. In my case, probably the best way to describe it is a cracked hoop, as it were.
Anyway, my consultant prescribed me some magic cream
I do hope it does exactly what it says on the tube.
