Minor bubbling/rust spots. Mobile sprayer? Or paint shop?

Need some small bubbly rust spot attending to in my BMW daily hack.

Don't want to spend too much.

Is this something a mobile type sparay bloke would do (if such a service exists) or can anyone suggest a cheap paint guy in Leeds for these littel toch ups.

I used this chap, calls himself SprAy Team, has a huge van and he painted both bumpers on my M3 at my house(£120 each). Also did some minor work on my Toyota and our Mini. All were excellent jobs.
