Rim width Tamora

What's the largest rear rim width you can fit on the Tamora? Would I get 9.5 with 275 tyres. Think I've read some where that 9" with 265 is max but can't find the tread.

Such is the nature of the cars I think they are all different. My 255's are a gnats cock away on std spiders and rub with 2 powerfully built goateed directors sat in it sometimes going over the bumps.

ive a 9 inch rim with 265 R1r. vv close, (but the tyre has a pretty square shoulder). dont think anything wider would fit under my rears.

Nearly snap...9 inch with 255 RiRs and I have to lift ride height an inch as it touches on the outer inside part of wheelarch (IYSWIM ?). But then I Sprint & Hillclimb mine?

Changed to Kumoh's with 245 and was able to lower ride height again - nearly bought the 265 Kumoh's, maybe I'm glad I didn't ???

I wouldn't go wider than 265.

265 can rub without a bit of additional setting up of the shocks, and I would question if it is worth going that wide anyway.

Mine are on 9" SP12s.
