Cant make payment to advertise car for sale, help...

I have tried numerous credit cards (visa and mastercard) from two different computers and all keep decliniung stating to contact merchant and payment did not go through... I called card companies and each not showing a charge was even attempted. Hoping someone can help me make payment so I can get my listing live... do u take paypal? Thanks for the help...
