Looking for some sales assistants that know Photoshop...

Currently looking to employ 2x part-time sales assistants that know Adobe Photoshop. We've tried the usual job sites and so far are struggling to fill the positions, not because we haven't had applications, just because of the quality of them. We've had hundreds via some of the sites yet only maybe 5 or 6 of them would actually be suitable. Most people haven't even taken the time to read the advert, let alone bothered to write a cover letter...

I thought it might be worth a shot sticking this here in case anyone knows of anyone that may be interested. Mods, please delete if this is not allowed.

As above, looking for 2x part-time (2 days to start, upto 5 days leading up to Christmas) sales assistants with knowledge of Adobe Photoshop to work at a Burton Upon Trent location. Good Photoshop knowledge really is essential as you will be expected to be able to use the software on day one with no training. Previous retail/sales experience preferred but not essential as long as you are confident dealing with customers. Must also be practical and hands on due to the type of work involved.
