Heater control panel

The 4 controls on the heater panel - could anyone advise me which knob does what please and also which way they should be turned? It seems the top right knob turns on the fan when you press it down and twist it clockwise but otherwise I'm not sure. There seems to be another fan control above the drivers right knee too.

He is winding you up, saying he knows what they do. No one knows what they do! That's the fun :-)
What I do know is that none of them fire an ejector seat! Jury is out if one creates an oil slick and smoke lol.
