Being totaly in the dark I'm looking for pointers on appropriate software for a Housebuilder to introduce to collate track and manage customers from initial reservation through to sale and afterword customer care if they have a problem.

So far I've only found out about a company called sunrise. Any other suggestions.

Requirement is for only about 3-5 users and cheap so a full blown bespoke program may be too expensive.

Thoughts please. Any Phers that sell this let me know.

We use Goldmine and its fairly versatile - haven't really compared it against ACT, so cant comment on which is best.

We found ACT! to be a bit cack so developed our own system inhouse. There is talk of us polishing it off and making it available for sale, but this won't be for a while yet.

Goldmine is supposed to be good but expensive.

so I can't sell you Siebel or MS CRM then?!?!SalesLogix (now from Sage) might be worth looking at too. There are two versions one for 5-25 (ie batches of 5) and works out around £400 per user. I don't know if that is too expensive for you. If you want more info just mail me via profile.
