The useless piece of st that is RTI has thrown up another error message whilst trying to submit my information. It is as follows:

7908
There must be an entry in [ECON] if any [NILETTER] is one of 'D', 'E', 'L', 'N', 'O'. Please check
[ECON] is mandatory if any [NILETTER] is one of 'D', 'E', 'L', 'N', 'O'.

We have a new starter and this is the first payday. I realise that it is something to do with the NI number ending in D but I don't know what to do. Can anyone please, please advise me of what I am doing wrong?

RTI is a joke and the help sections are even worse. I was trying to find out how to get advance funding for maternity pay and it just sends me round in circles saying "this has changed, click here".

Thanks.

Edit to add that all is sorted now. RTI is still the biggest load of wk that has ever been invented.
