Video help needed

Ok, here's the script. Darling daughters 21st birthday is coming up in December, we have the venue hired and all the usual st. Want to do something different though and had a flash of inspiration in the youtube thread. What I have in mind is a music video starring me and mrs chim with walk on parts for the family, got to be really cheesy and quite slick looking.

So, looking for ideas, any help would be appreciated as well as do not know were to start, thinking video editing, special effects, fixing our voices so we don't sound like the cats choir, themes for the video etc. If there are any experts out there would be happy to put hand in pocket to get some professional help.

Would be a great thing for her to keep and look back on

Try asking in the Photography and Video section of the forum. I'm sure they'll be someone in there who can offer some advice.

That video is brilliant.

What about playing out scenes from.her life but with the wife as.her but involving her friends etc. All the things we get up to without telling the parents so when she sees it, she is watching what she got up to.

I could maybe get it sorted for you, but it's not going to be particularly cheap, your location isn't going to help either as we're a good distance away from you.

Maybe a local film maker could help you? Or perhaps try approaching whichever nearby university runs a film school, some of the students might want to help for beer money.
