Damaged spax shocks

Took these Spax shocks off last week, the adjusters don't seem to work as they just keep turning and as you can see the bottom of one is severely bent, I can only assume the bent shock was knackered which then lead to it getting bent like that on some bloody pot hole, any way the car seems so soak up the bumps better with new ones on it. They look like they've had a hard life. Is the wishbone still straight?

What did you fit to replace them?
