From memory the Bosch battery in Costco that fits the DB9 is also the same one for the V8 Vantage?
The Bosch battery is S5013, last time I priced it was £107 inc VAT
I just wish I could figure out how to get the battery out from my V8VR?

I use an AGM battery on my DB9. (Absorbed Glass Matting).

When I bought the car, the charger was taking days to go green light so having BMW batteries in stock, I fitted the AGM from a BMW diesel. (100Ah)

This battery has phenomenal current capability and reserves of power, ideal if you use a lot of electrical items or leave the car for extended periods/use it irregularly.

Its not exactly cheap, but neither was the car so hey...........if it lasts 5+ years (the warranty on it), I am happy.

Not available at Costco! He he.

Holy thread resurrection lol.

Just a note really to anyone after a new Varta

I managed to source the Varta G14 850a cold cranking for £143 down from £163 with free delivery. Then if you download there app and email them they will send a coupon to discount it by another 10% so can get it for £129 delivered. Which IMHO is a great price.
App is batterymegastore . If your after battery's for your other cars it's also worth knowing. Can't believe some companies are charging £190 + delivery for same battery lol.
