Fuel lab 529 regulator speed control

Anyone on higher output engines considered the new fuel lab digital delivery, considering using the fuel lab 529 with speed control to a fuel lab digital pump. Has the benefit it's not thrashing fuel around on tickover and more responsive to maintaining fuel pressure. Just wondering is more hype or more to go wrong ?
Have a small problem with fuel delivery at high rpm with a bosch 044, going to upgrade the wiring and inlet size to the pump. If this doesn't fix it then the above maybe the solution.
