Anyone had dealings with this insurance company?

Just got my Chim insured through them and they are carrying on like gibbering whale blubber about the alarm and immobiliser.

I've told them they are factory fitted - not good enough

I've got a dealer to send them a letter saying they work - not good enough

They want a letter from a frigging alarm installer saying it works.

Getting on my todding sits.

i had a very modified lotus elan plus 2 ... never had any probems with them at all ...

guess we all have stories to tell!!

Am not insured on the TVR with them though!

i had dealings with them last april, all the same prob's you're having. they told me there was an £150 xs, but turned out to be £350, told them where to go and had my money back, now with direct line!
