Just found a scotch egg the fridge!! Woop woop!

I'm easily pleased.

Thought I would share my joyous moment with the PH masses.

Hmm...

Finding a Scotch Egg suggests it was lost. How long has it been there?

Good eatage. I went into Tescos the other day and saw a pack of two 'taste the difference' or 'splendid' range or something - anyway they were in a fancy packet and quite expensive.

I realised I hadn't had a scotch egg in years, so I bought them, and settled down back in my car to scoff both of them with glee - making approving chomping noises and spilling a thousand breadcrumbs down my shirt at the same time.

It just felt totally wrong, almost like a bit of porn - but I was smiling for ages afterwards hehe

The ones I tried were from M and S but I'm sure other places do them. I had them cold too and they were still lush, I bet warmed up they are devine!

You bds, I'm gonna have to buy a Scotch Egg on my lunchbreak tomorrow now. Co-Op is the closest, so I hope they do decent ones.

Best scotch egg I have had in a while was one from the deli counter in Morrisons . It was a quails egg wrapped black pudding shell and then breadcrumbed. Trully hit the spot as I walked up Snowdon.
