damper / spring question

Hi
with the car stationary on level ground. What is the distance between the top and bottom damper bushes and what front ride height dimension? I realise people use differend ride heights but I could do with what people are actually running.

Dunno about the measurement between the damper bushes, but front ride height should be about 145mm.

Just measured the original shockers off my car - approx 360mm fr, 380mm rr bush centre to bush centre.

hi - there is no specific measurement - that will depend on the type of shock, the spring poundanage and spring length so ever car will be different. as glynmo said you need to work on ride height not shock lengths
