I hadn't spotted a thread on this so I thought I'd start one for the Devin Townsend fans around here (I know there are a few of us lurking around)

An amazing musician when he wants to be, he has been in a very dry period since Ziltoid though. He released a brace of incredible albums (Infinity, Terria, Synchestra, Accelerated Evolution), made the enjoyable but not AAA Ziltoid, then quickly fell off. I found his Ki album to be utter st, and Addicted! barely any better. Ghost, Deconstruction, Epicloud etc, just seem like C grade Devin Townsend, like he knows how to bang out the songs but doesn't know how to put the magic into them like he used to.
