Starmist silver cerb

The Starmist silver cerb is back for sale on pistonheads, was for sale at drive style in Harrogate , now for sale private? I can only guess the owner took it back as they didn't sell it? I do love the colour combo of the car and I'm looking for a cerb. I was just wondering if anyone had viewed it all? I do know that the engine rebuild was done in 2007 by Dom at power the the owner went off to war and the car has been in storage, and of course it's now for sale at 11000 rather than 15000.
Any thoughts or info?( Tried to put a link to it but my phone won't let me)

This vehicle had a new engine and gearbox fitted 100 miles ago .

According to the ad, it had this work done in 2007.

100 miles in 6 years is bad news in my opinion.

Or, is it just I'm not reading the facts correctly?

I have spoken to Dom at power regarding the car and he said he would give the engine some kind of warranty as he did the work , but I'd guess he'd need to do an inspection for anything more.
I know the chassis is waxoiled but I need to speak to the owner to find out if this has been done from new and if he has documents to support this.
The fun of going back into tvr ownership begins !!
