Curious to know what sort of wiggle-room there is on OPC sticker-prices?

all depends how long they have had it, what they paid for it, Cash sale, finance, part ex etc etc.

So if i offered 40 on a car listed at 45 they wouldn't have me escorted out of the building?

I got nearly £2k off a used Boxster at nearly £35k on the screen over the phone. The deal (which I didn't do in the end) was cash in their account by the end of the month (which gave me two working days).

Obviously I don't know what their margin was, but based on my experience you might work on roughly 5% as a realistic target.
