Depends how long you plan to keep the car
Also, the newer models appear to have slightly better coating on the chassis than older models. Personally, I wouldn't bother unless the chassis starts to show signs of ageing (I know prevention is better, but like i said - how long are you keeping the car?).

IMO a good investment; I've always had it done every few years on cars I've owned, old & new. At sale time, buyers have always noticed how free of surface rust they are than others they've seen - even by 3yrs old.
