Hi guys, not sure if anyone could give me any idea what kind of deal I could get? Looking around it seems I could get about 4%, does that seem possible?

I've got around £15k deposit and looking at houses at around £120k. I'm on £28k with no debt.

I'm a first time buyer and would want repayment mortgage which allows over paying.

Living at home (Cambridge)and pay 50/50 with mother dearest in a council house.

What else do you need to know? smile

ETA: forgot to say, house I want to buy is in Cambridge.

I've done a few 90% FTB purchases this week, one on a 3.45% Discounted rate and another on a 3.99% fixed rate smile

Barclays offer 3.99%. Very good rate and they also offer nice retention products once your fixed rate comes to an end. Could save you a bit if your equity position hasn't increased.
