I'm now based in epping and work in docklands. My kuga is due its 2nd service.

Local dealer has a fair few horror stories tbh, any suggestions?

I take my Focus RS to SCC in St Albans although they specialise in RS Fords they still service all other models, very professional with a good reputation.
