Has anyone bought good winter tyres for a Cayenne ? Any recommendations, preferably with correct N ratings ?

Until now I've ran Conti Sport Contacts throughout the year but I've now moved to cooler climes.
275/45/19's.

Conti Cross Contact 'all season' (N spec) for summer/winter use. Quiet, comfortable, excellent handling - got almost 30k mls out of last set with plenty of life left (20").
