I am considering building a Griffith 400 for track days, I already have a Caterham R500 that i have developed over the years that i am keeping so i am not compeletly new to building cars but i have always fancied a American V8 engined car and i have plenty of time on my hands to build this project.
I am thinking of purchasing a new chassis and body kit, My engine builder has a lot of experance with Ford 302 engines
The interior will just be dash and 2 seats with full roll cage, I would be greatful for any view's on this build ie any parts that are not available new or available re furbished , electrical loom
Thanks

I may have something to interest you( or anyone else).

Genuine 1965 TVR 1800S. 18/ *** chassis number and 1 owner from new.

Factory fitted with Daimer V8 engine and close ratio gearbox which could easily be replaced with a 1965 289 FIA eligible Hi Po engine, fully rebuilt and fitted with a T10 rebuilt gearbox which is sitting on the garage floor next to it. Chassis perfect following a total rebuild with all new parts, (steering, suspension, front and rear uprights etc). Converted to bolt on body which is very good Needs paint to make excellent and some minor reassembly and trim (or not in your case).

Could equally be finished to super road car with Daimler or converted back to an 1800S road or FIA race car.

I wish I wasn,t selling it but sadly I am. Not possible to put a price on it because that would depend so much on which direction you wanted to go. Dont want to play email tennis and photos NOT possible at this stage. My dteails and contact details are in my profile.

Seems your sheet of paper can be anything you want...it ain't going to be much at all without an Identity though!

It's a 400 and is featured in Octane magazine. Built to standard body shape rather than the FIA abomination.

Neil - you are correct about the chassis number. I meant it was a 400 body shape.
