Recommend me a new TV

I've looked through various websites but I don't really know what I'm looking at.

Budget of £700 - £1000, possibly stretch to a little more if need be. I'm looking for the best TV I can get, needs to be 42" or bigger, LED, I'm open to 3D/Smart. TV will be used for my Blu ray player and normal TV if that means anything. I don't have a sound system as of yet, but will look into one depending on the price of the TV.

Panasonic screen (one of the market leaders), Full HD, Smart screen, 3D capability, built in freeview HD and supports DNLA (streaming of media wirelessly to the screen.
