Please give him my best regards and my apologies for taking his name in vain.
I do sincerely hope he takes my banter in the good hearted spirit it is intended.

Its obvious to me Steven you had no intention to offend anyone. I do not know Ed personally (yet) but reading his posts the one thing the man has is a good sense of humour and an ability to laugh at himself. I'm guessing but I think you need worry not, he will interpret your "drivel" in the way you intended.

One other thing about Ed, the man gives, generous with his time, his enthusiasm contagious, a good man. yes

Off topic: It seems nowadays and utilising the political correct term is "that individual requires more training" rather than "he's thick as ****" which was par in the past.

Please Martin try to keep on Topic.
It is extremely annoying when a carefully chose Aston Martin topic is hijacked by posters making irrelevant comments.

Anyone who can organise the event next year at Burghley House, and the Works Service Do next month, co-ordinating the rabble on this forum in the way he has, is quite clearly a "1", brighter than the brightest star in the heavens.

Says the man who is first on the reserve team for the 9th of November...

Well I put him down as a 6 on the tick poll (don't care). So it's the same here - don't care.
He seems a thoroughly nice chap and he's aquired the wherewithal to buy an Aston, so he can't be thick then can he?thumbup

Err, this is the AM forum, just in case you think you've wandered over to the Porsche forum in a moment of bewilderment!

Going off topic is the norm here isn't it? smile
