First event today - Cars & Coffee, Plano, TX

Brought my 2500M to its first event today at Cars & Coffee in Plano, TX where I live. Cars & Coffee is held the first Saturday of the month at a large BMW dealer's lot. It's huge. When I arrived around 8am the event was packed with some of almost everything -- Lamborghini Aventador and other Lambos, Ferrari, Porsche, muscle cars, the new Corvette, NSX, Tesla, new Viper, Cobra, hot rods, a few Brit cars...

I gave my car a wax last night and it looked good. Unfortunately, it began to rain about 5 minutes after my arrival. It was moderate and only lasted about 10 minutes but most of the cool cars left. Nevertheless, my TVR proved to be very popular with the crowd. Looking forward to doing it again.

I visited a friend who used to live in Plano,TX about 10yrs ago, I can remember Champs bar and some Dragster racing near the highway, and ofcourse Southfork Ranch. And it was bloody HOT.

Good luck with the TVR I would have loved to have seen one on the road when I was there.
