poorly running car ?

Hi guys,

My car is running really low on idle and on initial start up will stall until given a few blips of the throttle(sometimes even that wont stop it stalling.It does this weather the car is hot or cold on start up any ideas ? almost sounds like not firing on all cylinders.
Also my car(2.5) had always made the darth vader effect noises the loud induction and flutterings from the turbos etc.
Recently had my turbos rebuilt to original spec car was running low on boost (0.5) when I got it back but sounded like it always has done even with the lower boost pressure so I took it to have the actuators adjusted since then I get more boost up to 0.8 but have lost the characters of the turbos they still make noise but nothing on the scale of how a 2.5 sounds.
I get no fluttering or any of that delayed whooshes of air through the filters that 2.5s make even the induction noise has dropped in volume.Any advice or thoughts would be great.

My idle issues were sorted by yellowshed, I think the adaptives are pretty finicky, I tried adjusting the butterfly to compensate for the stalling but it didn't really fix it until the remap was done.

sounds like a loose boost pipe to me or one of the actuators have come off the turbo,
they are held on with a very small circlip.

Thanks Dave and Steve for advice.The car does boost just not the full on aural effect like all 2.5s its like the volume has been turned down half way. Im pretty sure this low idle and turbos issue is related.
I remember when my car was not boosting right a few years ago my mechanic found the intercooler had a split on one of the welds.
