Apologies if this one has been posted already..
But pretty interesting (if a bit random) set of cars reunited for a "Drivers car" comparison.. Won't spoil it but result could come as a surprise to some..
Wouldn't mind lapping that track mind you.. that corkscrew corner does look as fierce as ever.

I saw the original test, which I thought very thorough - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DDXq9xIYkZ8 - and came out with the same conclusion.
Nice option if the 991 GT3 is too compromised, or the 991 Turbo too expensive.

Nice vid, shame they did not throw the cayman in as a wild card. I think the yellow cayman s they used on the same circuit makes this 911 look a bit of a dog. Its not like you would really miss the 1.5 secs per lap. I wouldnt mind poning uo the extra cash for the 911 if the car looked better. The f12 is 3 secs per lap quicker than the cayman and has double the engine power.
The 4S seems to get the the nod at the moment do the additional steering feel it provides, I would imagine that once Porsche revise the software for the GTS model, the RWD drive will be the one to have again.
I am not skeptical at all that Porsche did this to the 4S in order to get people into the more expensive car, not in the slightest

Agree on steering feel, I always like the extra weight at front and of course wide body but the 4WD now drives with 100% power to the back wheels until need be so really it's 2 cars in 1.
4 GTS keeps its value better than 2 GTS and there were not many reviews for 4 GTS

The 2012 was won by the 2s btw.. in the bestest colour of them all as well
