When I first bought this car, changing the wheels was one of the first things on the list but now I've had the car a short while they've kinda grown on me.

I think the really do look TVR standard fit but more "up to date" iyswim.

What do you think?

They look crap on a Cerb and look even worse on a Chim.

But don't listen to me as I have orange stripes and a fake carbon fibre dash on mine smile

You know I like them Peter. Just depends on which you prefer, those or your lovely image wheels. Both look good to my eye. But I am not you.

To my mind they are the best looking wheel, just wish i had a set. Course they tend to look better on a Griff as most things do. wink

Having said that if you are modding it slightly with the stripe, your fat orange ones also look good.

They are 245/40/17 and 2225/45/16 which look good keeping the smaller front wheel theme going.

I'm going to get a firm quote for a set of 5 stud billet centres for my Image wheels but I'm prepared to be shocked.

The paint was in very poor condition but is better now after having a freebie once over at my sons garage smile

It actually looks a really nice colour and again, it's growing on me.

I think RL7's look great on TVR's I like the chunky look of them and they look a lot more purposeful than those flimsy spider efforts.

Did cerbs shave 17s all round?

If so, where did my front 16s come from.

Not sure where the 16's came from and the original press shots of the Cerbera were indeed 17's all round, mine is sitting on 18's though which I'm told was a factory upgrade. Apparently some of the 18's were considered fragile where the spokes meet the rims, I'm not sure what/how to tell but mine were give the all clear from the factory (according to the last owner).

That looks gorgeous, I've got to get the mk3 headlights thumbup

Raceline made them in 16, 17 and 18 inch, iirc they came in 4x100 4x108 and 5x114. The 18 were magnesium (maybe some, maybe all not quite sure) and the other sizes were alloy.

Thanks, from what I gathered the previous owner fitted them.

I have heard from the Ford forums that the magnesium 18s tend to crack
