Been a subscriber to the mag for many years now and indeed have every copy so far. Never seen the digital version as it doesn't really appeal for some reason. Been offered 28 days "free" access now though albeit just wondering if it's good enough to try + will it work on my Crackberry (I don't feel enough love for Apple to get an IPad)?

Cheers, TX.

I love it on my Ipad, there are a few niggles that annoy me though, like descriptions under photos being left from the previous edition so you might be looking at a 458 and below is a comment from the last editions hot hatch competition, or more recently all the technical data on the tyre test was identical because some numpty never completed the table...but the main data was correct within the article.
Ontop of that sometimes the swipe across to the next page doesnt work so you have to come out of the article, find the next one and go into it again...

Other than that the content is actually good and easy to carry around. I raised it as an issue on EVO forum but it went ignored.

The old version was great. Don't know about the new one - I cancelled my subscription due to them forcing people to upgrade to iOS 7. If you don't upgrade not only will you not get the new app you will also lose the archive issues (the ones you paid for already). So unless you're happy to pay for something and don't mind not owning it AVOID the digital subscrption would be my suggestion.

What is the problem with just upgrading to IOS7 and getting them all back?

Wouldn't that be like accessing the watch forum on PH?

iOS7 works great... on the hardware that will be launched this month. I don't fancy turning my iPad 3 into a snail only because Evo fancied an upgrade. Also, what if I don't like the new iOS flat desing? And to be clear I don't mind them updating and providing future content in a completely different format.

Or the Porsche forum. I cancelled Evo years ago as I got sick of reading yet another 6 page article about the 911 every time they launched a new shade of silver or added some fancy stitching to the seats. I'm aware it's a good car, but fk me they didn't half go on about it.
