Can you roll plastic arches?

Just curious as to whether it's possible to roll the plastic bumper on a wheel arch as well as the metal?

I very much doubt it, If the lip is in the way then cut it off.

No idea but I reckon it would work with a bit of heat to help it along.

Expensive? If not have a go!

ETA: but as curlie said if it's in the way then cutting must be easiest.
