A friend of mine is moving through two C suite processes with headhunter/agents and is at the 3rd interview in the first process and the 5th and last in the other process. Hes not yet mentioned to either agent about the other process yet, but feels he ought to as both process will finish in October.

Any agents/headhunters at C-suite level can give advice on whether he should mention the other process at this time?

Can find out more details from him if you need more context

I have worked in recruitment & headhunting for 23 years but sorry, don't really understand any of that.

I googled a lot. C-Suite is where people in a company whose job titles begin with C (Chief Executive, CFO, COO, CIO, that sort of thing) work, notionally at least.

I wouldn't tell anyone anything unless you've signed something that says you are supposed to.

Sorry, Language may not have been clear

- Friend is currently going to 2 jobs at a senior level in different companies
- Agents who found him do not know at this stage that he is in more than 1 process
- He is 80% through both job processes and both look like they will result in an offer
- Should he tell the agents that he is in 2 job processes or not? or wait until offer stage?

He is a C-Suite which is CFO/CIO/CPO/COO/CEO level

I wouldn't tell the agents until he has both offers on the table and wants to use them to negotiate the best package.

Yep, that's what to do. Play fair but at the end of the day look after number 1.

Do suite people really ask a friend to post of a car forum for advice, just seems a bit odd, considering thi i a top tier position.

Whatever happens someone will be f off.
