Want to back up

At the moment I back up my business files to a CD Rom everyday.

BUT!

I am lazy and it is in the laptop I use and I forget to take the disk out! So if the laptop gets stolen, my back up goes with it.

What external devices do you recommend, what about web based back ups?

Currently need 400Mb, but it is growing.

Oh and needs to be cheap!

400mb, just get one of those USB Pen Drives.
