iPhone 5S adapter

Quick question, can anyone recommend the correct adapter to connect an iphone 5S to my 2012 Vantage which has the iphone 4S 30 pin connector. Cheers

Makes using the 5 in my '07 car much easier as I have to use an in-line converter too.

A point worthy of mention: when using the adaptor, or the adaptor with the lead, your phone will not charge.
