Hi all,
Probably asked before but I can't seem to find the info-

3R, anybody have part numbers/ supplier for uprated wastegate actuators?

Plan to get it remapped and this seems a sensible pre-map step.

Just to aid my understanding of what I'm asking for-
These would be 0.5bar actuators yes? Standard are 0.3 bar (which are held shut by the boost solonoid up to 0.7?)

Thanks

I had Forge make me these:

They're diaphragm-less and fully stainless including fasteners so they're fit and forget. If you want to upgrade to 0.7Bar at a later date you just buy stiffer springs and unbolt them while still in situ.

Re a related item, question for all: does your boost gauge needle rest at zero (engine off)? If not, is there a way to zero it?

Think they were about £220 the pair. Much dearer than the standard type granted, but they're very shiny biggrin

Good stuff. Just double check the poundage the springs are rated at as I misunderstood and had to buy another pair.

change the gauge for a more accurate one as i did, now it ready in psi,and its always on zero with engine off.

Indeed they are widely inaccurate... Mines ok under 1bar but lies above that lol
