1.5mm don't go too thick or it will be a mare to work with and you will struggle to get it to curve

1.5 mm aluminium, hole saws, gonna be hard not to muck it up, especially the big holes for the speedo and tacho. What about the little triangular holes for the heater led's?
I'm thinking of getting mine laser cut as I am going with stainless.
