You'd have to go a long way to beat a Legacy Spec. B given your list of requirements...

I have been running an ST220 estate for almost 3 years and it ticks all your boxes but significantly less than £7000.

Legacy Spec B a very good car also.

Audi A6 3.2 quattro less than £7000 but may be slightly more leggy.

V70 T5 is a staple choice for a big estate.

BMW E60 530i / 545i would be great but again may be down on spec or 'well used' for that price.

Previous Gen Legacy (same as mine albeit it in saloon form), is a lovely thing. Had it coming up on 6 years now, and apart from servicing and an out of schedule battery replacement it's been 100% reliable.

My only other suggestion would be the "right" Volvo V70; so a 2.5T or if you are feeling brave a late Gen II V70R.
