Hi guys
A first for me posting over here so be nice
I had a ride in a members gorgeous DB5 on Wednesday night and I just needed to tell someone who cares! Can't say the other half understands how iconic that car is....
This particular car doesn't get out very often so it was a nice opportunity to dust her off and we went over to the 458 Speciale launch at Graypaul Notts.. They certainly don't make them like they used to, especially after seeing Ferrari's latest flagship which did very little for me after spending an hour with the DB.
This car is slightly louder than standard as the current owner had both mufflers removed and boy, does it make a difference!! The car was remarkably easy to drive, the brakes were excellent and it was impossible to wipe the grin off both our faces.
It's such a beauty to look at too, you could sit there for hours drinking in every last detail...
I recorded some video on-board as it's always nice to look back on in years to come.. check it out here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Ws0mxV80SM Sorry for quality in places, we had the windows down to enjoy the noise!!
Cheers!
