How the hell do you change the bulb?

Nothing in the manual except go to see an Audi technician. Have had a good look and would like to know the correct way of doing it then spending hours and risk damaging something.

Do you have to take off the entire inside of the boot to gain access - and risk damaging the clips?
One works but noticed the second wasn't working the other night.

Help appreciated

Oh it as per the picture is the left hand side.

Thanks.

If I look really close into the lens on one you can see a bulb and this left hand side one it looked like nothing in it - so assumed it had fallen out/previous owner removed it and not replaced faulty bulb.

If the sole rear fog light blows how do you replace that?

Did the owner not mind you taking a pic of his car?

I'm sure there's a certain irony in Welshbeef looking for a fog light which turns out not to exist.

Remove the trim from the inside of the boot lid. Carefully. Handbook says it is a dealer-only job. It ain't.

Please don't ask me how I found out the missing lamp was just that - a dummy. frown

(And not the only dummy, it seems)

So how exactly can anyone prove they own said car? No V5 or ins documents would ever be published nor infact the entire number plate you can take pics inside and out show those pick out lines from paragraphs requested by another PH yet still plenty disbelieve.

Oh well.

Cup a Soup on the bonnet - though what's to say anyone couldn't put that on a bonnet take a quick pic?

Likewise sitting inside the car laptop open taking a pic with PH forum open - how does that prove RS your car ? It doesn't.

Could you post a picture of Cup-a-Soup next to a dismantled left rear foglight.
