Sweet & Sour chicken / pork takeaway styles

I prefer my s&s pork or chick in battered balls not just the meat in a sauce but it's bloody hard to find these days, it doesn't help that it's hard to explain what I want so without retorting to taking a picture into the takeaway (s) - anyone know what the "terminology" is?

My local take-away calls it this.

Sweet and sour chicken hong kong style - small pieces of battered chicken in sauce with green pepper and onion.

I don't understand how you are having trouble finding it, it's on every Chinese menu I've ever seen.

Put a picture on my phone, went to usual Chinese (not chippy) don't do it, went to another Chinese (not chippy) again no but they said go to a multi menu chippy and they did porky and chicken balls - bought one of each and very lovely.

For S&s they do it as pieces in the sauce this is what I had last week - might be a Wirral thing

My local Chinese now do salt and chilli pepper chicken balls, I've yet to sample them but if they're like the salt and chilli pepper chicken wings then I'm in for a treat!
