After a year in oil & gas i'm on the verge of becoming a tiger...

looking for some info on what to take, what not to take and also how many layers should be worn this time of year?

to avoid any who-ha i know there is plenty of mumbo-jumbo kicking about regarding this kind of stuff, but i'd rather have some advice from outside my work place and hopefully from some people who are fully fledged offshore workers.

I'd take three days worth of clothes with you, plus gym gear if you are into that.
