Donington Park race this weekend
Discussion
Hey guys
This weekend coming is the last BRSCC race weekend for the eurosaloons at Donington on the national circuit. Tvr Dunlop challenge, Porsche cup, ford XR challenge, Jedi championship and time attack will also be racing so should be wild! Minis doing night quali on sat too!
All going well this week I'll be there to put the M400 through its paces and fingers crossed have a good end to my first season doing various events.
If there's any locals fancy a day out drop me a email as I'll have a few free tickets.

Edited, found the schedule online, the qualifying is 9:30 and race 1 is 14:25 on Saturday and Race 2 is 10:25 on Sunday morning.
Would be good to see you, I'll try get the Jetstream lads to pop up as it's not far from them either

I'm away somewhere on Saturday evening - not sure where or if I'm staying over (we work on a need to know basis and I obviously don't need to know!) so Saturday is probably best for me

Come on guys, how about a late morning meet, bit of tyre kicking, spot of lunch and watch the 14.25 race?
Haha, true Rob but it's been well looked over by Dave this time so I shouldn't expect any problems.
The aim of the game is drive a sensible and clean race on low boost to start and pick off all the saloons once the field spreads out in the second half with some high boost when required. Preserve the car! Lol

The more support the better, call on your way 07825222372, just remember to call or text 15 mins in advance so I can meet you with tickets at the gate, hopefully you don't turn up while I'm out on track.
Also Friday afternoon I'll be practicing and you should get in free if you fancy a jolly off work.
For anyone new to the forums, it's an opportunity for a good look over a noble with 595bhp per tonne
, can't be many with more beef than that!

I was thinking where you could give it full beans @ Donnington, then came across this video of Nigel testing @ Donnington, he races in our funcup series and can peddal, with your power to weight, shouldn't be too far off
enjoy (even the odd missed gears, just as he passes the pit wall
)
