Lunch suggestions for tomorrow - chicken based

Morning all, got a couple of chicken breasts defrosting at the moment and will be making something tonight to have for dinner tomorrow - any suggestions? I have access to a microwave at work so can heat it up if soemthing needs serving warm. Usually just make a pasta or something but looking for something a bit different?

Grill the chicken.
Peanut butter, (nut or vegetable) oil, a hot sauce, and lime juice = Satay sauce.
Green veg.
Microwave as appropriate.
Done.

Chop and fry in garlic, chilli, ginger & soy.

Add a couple of veg and a packet of pre cooked noodles.

Nukes extremely well and easy to make.
