Has anyone used the above dealer? would you recommend them? and have you been happy with the after-sales part too? I took a mark 1 for a test drive this morning and loved it; but have never been in there before. If you dont want to post please e-mail nmanuel@btinternet.com all e-mails treated in the strictest confidence and deleted after reading.
Thanks for your time.

Never used them but they are the oldest and largest Lotus dealership in Britain.

Have a very good reputation by all accounts

Yep normally 100% ok. The odd issue might get through the net on occaision, but they'll usually try to sort things out.
You can buy with confidence from them but the only downside is that you will have to pay top dollar for good service.

good rep to buy a car from and good aftersales...if a little on the expensive side for servicing, compared to a specialist

Bought my Bell & Colvill Super 160 from them in July. The service has been very good so far (I say so far as to date nothing has gone wrong with the car or servicing etc to 'put them to the test'). They are slightly more expensive being a large well established Lotus dealer, but I found them very knowledgable, ethusiastic and to date very good service. They also have a very good range of new and used Elises.
Would definately recommend them.
