Well I can guess that Andy will be getting excited that a race is only a few days away. Anyone else getting their dander up for some track action at the weekend or is apathy ruling same as for Rock. How did you chaps get on at the weekend sneaking a track day preview , is it as awesome a venue as I remember ? Who has entered? Any A+ cars going ?

I hope to I have entered, just a weee problem with the brakes to sort out and the power steering motor needs my eye run over it, new front disc's and master cylinder should be with me tomorrow fingers crossed. All finished at Combe now so no date clash apart from a family birthday party so no date clash there

Hi Perry we had a wet track day on sunday ..me Deano and JIM unfortunatly we got banned in the 1st 10 mins for the whole of the morning session.The bm ,s back end let go at the chikane and went across gravel ...DEANO at the wheel.....The little Hitler from Javelin track days ...said we had caused a red flag and were banned untill after lunch ...like little school boys
Ive written to the donnington board to complain...apart from thatwe had agood time

Sorry you had a bad one Bill, i have not used Javelin after a similar incident with a friend!
As said you where all racers with Dean just having one off seems a bit Draconian to ban you all till after lunch, at least you got some wet track practice as i think Saturday is going to be a wet race!
My car will hopefully be ready so see you there :]

i am very excited but very busy!
really looking forward to thrashing the crap out of it one last time this year!!
was at donny recently with the cscc and thought it was awsome. praying for dry weather though! dry on track and wet in the bar!on best behaviour though as my wife is attending for the weekend!lets see if she can last till 5am like we did last year.

Looking forward to it now! Car done, just needs fuelling! Looks like I may even have a lend of an onboard camera for the weekend (hopefully not a bad thing lol). As Tim says, praying for dry weather! Different weather sites say different things so wait and see...

My disc's came today minus the mounting bolts/nuts Ap racing say they are an up grade from floating disc's not sure why they have upgraded me with out me asking they will let me know what's happening in the morning . cutting it mighty fine. Whens the latest I can pull my entry if I have to? Can anyone remember if there is eclectic hook ups in the outer pits, I presume we shall be in the outback.

Once again I have posted a thread on the WWM TVRCC forum..to raise support ..
Am sure that we will get lots of interest again...
Will be looking at picking up a sail flag and some DTEC promo stuff to put on the TVRCC stand at the Classic Car Show @ the NEC...help promote the series..and TVR racing...
Might be worth keeping a watching eye on this show too....

That's good I might just get a swim in the hotel pool while certain people are in the bar!!The Civic Cup is no longer shown on the timetable...
