Tracking In West London Or Surrey

Can anyone recommend anyone in the West London or Surrey area that could sort the tracking on my 68 Charger, i've put the original steering wheel back on and the only place it slots in properly means that when the wheels on the car are straight the steering wheel is not straight, some people have suggested filing the spline but that sounds a bit dangerous to start doing that to the steering wheel and column etc

I'd rather take it to a place that knows American cars or even just old cars, or would the local ATS place be able to sort it ? Thanks
