Where does one discuss moderation?

Ok, so I got my answer to why my initial thread got locked.

The answer however was dubious as various other posters linked threads which weren't locked but followed this same 'chain' thread style. (Which I've now reported and expect to be locked as well if your Mods are keeping a level standard.)

Now my query thread has been locked stating that this forum is not for moderation discussion, where can you discuss it?

As it happens, I do feel my thread was victimised especially considering it was meant to be educational and open up peoples attention to other music.
